How Your Report Will Be Dealt With
- Receipt Notification: You will receive confirmation that your report has been received within 7 days
- First Assessment: Our ethics team will conduct an initial review of your report to determine the appropriate course of action
- In-Depth Investigation: If needed, a thorough investigation will be conducted by qualified personnel, which may include interviews and evidence review
- Final Decision: You will be notified of the outcome and any actions taken within 3 months of your initial report, subject to confidentiality requirements
